Fairfield Police Officer James Bodnar Retires After 30 Years

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The Fairfield Police Department recently congratulated Officer James Bodnar on his retirement after 30 years of dedicated service.

Bodnar served for many years as an accident investigator, and was a vital asset in the Accident investigation Unit as well as in many other areas of the department.

"Hid dedication and experience will long benefit our agency as a direct result of the skills and knowledge he has passed on to other officers," the department said. "Officer Bodnar’s calm demeanor and attention to detail will truly be missed and he will always be a member of the FPD family! Jim, we wish you all the best in retirement and in your future endeavors!"
